Amateur Radio Operators can now specify their callsign in their WaveCaster profile. Upon callsign verification, Ham Radio specific functionality is enabled.
Added "Amateur Radio Operators near me" map to the WaveCaster workspace.

Using new rancid OO gmap code, slowly adding functionality.

group search looks in files and can search by message/file poster now
member display in group sorted by city
