BC Wireless Observatory 1 month, 2 weeks agohttp://www.openwlanmap.org/ OpenWLANMap is a free alternative project comparing to similar commercial offers. It provides a general database with WLANs and their exact position. Me thinks we should send them a copy of our database. We’re almost @ 400K networks seen in the BC Wireless Observatory!

March 15th, 2013 added a few nodes to the map tonight from around the Nanaimo Region General Hospital. Someone mentioned there was a lot of 2.4 activity around that area, seems its true!

Added some nodes to observatory on the mountain side of the Island Highway from Crofton BC yesterday, from the Mt Sicker Road area, between Fuller Lake and Westholme. Picturesque farmland, very photogenic! Snowy mountains showing behind the treeline. Awesome drive!
